THE ART AND ARCHITECTURE LABORATORY
Visual identity, Contribution
The BAZARISTAN project combines architecture, art and economy, preparing a springboard for reflections on the direction of contemporary city development based on the example of the existing market on Ptasia Street, which has been in operation since the 1990s. The future of small vendors and a marketplace is now uncertain. On the one hand, markets are going downhill faced with the competition of cheap chain stores. On the other hand, they still remain the ideal of a local hub, a trading community, a workplace and a meeting place for inhabitants of Naodrze.
