For those who will take part in her project at Bunkier Sztuki, Jaśmina Wójcik has prepared an unusual service, based to a large extent on her drive to help others and provide whatever seems indispensable in a given place. ‘The Spa’ is a singular set-up; here, viewers will have an opportunity to experience various ways of soothing their senses and taming civilisational threats or forms of alienation. Modelled on modernist spas, this is the artist’s take on how to undergo meditative cleansing by means of art.
